13-Ball are toys that reside within hives that hate to be bothered on their turf. if you enter their field of attack, they'll come after you, however if you get out of their range they'll back off no matter what, like the cowards they are. 13-Balls are a part of the billiard family, however most in the Billiard family do not see him much mostly because of him living in a hive

Fun Fact: Now many may be asking, what is he carrying in his knapsack when he is retreating back to the hive? the answer is nothing, he's a dumbass who saw that in a cartoon and wanted to do it too.
