Eli is a miner in Zone 1 who is blissfully ignorant and blissfully obedient to Dedan, you don't want to get on his bad side after all. He also is an elevator operator when he has the time, and he prefers that line of work over mining, he may believe that smoke is the first of the four elements, but that doesn't stop him from disliking the process of obtaining so that people will have something to breathe. His passing will not be mourned, since there's a billion faceless Elsens equally as important as he.
Fun Fact: His real name is Elsen, like all Elsens. He can't help this fact, but choses to go by this nickname purely for his own sake.
