Karamel Kenny has high blood sugar, and I mean that in the most literal sense. He bleeds caramel, and wants nothing more to not do so, but what can you do as a sentient caramel filled chocolate square? Well, I'd have the decency to at least say "excuse me" upon hacking up blood, but I haven't walked a mile in his shoes so I can't push too much judgement.
Fun Fact: Karamel Kenny tries to live life a quarter mile at a time, taking it all in, for all he knows he could drop dead at any moment, maybe even from your hands, so he tries to live life to its fullest in that mindset, what a guy.
