Marvin Mark is an entity that lurks within the newmaker plane. he assumed power there after a plan of his fell though, the cause was his good pal Paul who was going to help him go through with it, backing out. Doing so because of his sense of morality kicking in after nearly 23 episodes. Marvin's new control he gained in the newmaker plane meant there would be no more Mr. nice guy. no more puzzles, no more hidden messages, no more nothing. 

Fun Fact: He met Slimpop not soon after Paul stopped playing for good. They struck a hideous deal to keep the both of them in power over not just the newmaker plane but over all of Petscop.
