Sizzle 'n Pops are drink cherries with one end destination in life, that is the same amongst them all. They know not why they are compelled to chase after the first skank they see and blow them to kingdom come, all we know is that we should not be asking for some crazy hidden backstory for these little fruits, for after all, I'm half certain they lose all their memories upon detonation as far as I can tell, I don't think that's just a flesh wound.
Fun Fact: Upon detonation, they do live on. at least their 'souls' do. their souls float around until they can find another suitable body -- that being any cherry lying around -- to begin the process anew.
