Tut.ogg is Tut after consuming the EVIL candy that turned Sockums into Sockums.GML. His nerdy reading glasses turn into dope as hell swirly glasses after this transformation, and overall he feels a whole lot more confident in this state. His smile is forced however, as with anyone who eats the evil candy, they're forced into this sadistic and messed up state. Also his normal lame little blush cheeks get turned into fly little zig zags, and that's just fashion baby.
Fun Fact: When you're not looking and Tut is in this state, he'll start kicking puppies and drowning kittens, among other evil activities. That's right don't fact check that, he's just being evil.
